The Government Affairs & Collective Action (GACA) Impact Topic sets requirements for B Corps to support collective social and environmental movements, and to contribute fairly and transparently to the countries where they operate. Companies must act beyond their own interest and have a broader systemic impact. The goal is for companies to play a leadership role in fostering shared understanding and implementing solutions toward an equitable, inclusive, and regenerative economy.

B Lab U.S. and Canada works with B Corps, policymakers, partners, and other stakeholders to advance policy changes critical to creating a more just and equitable society. The organization continues to drive B Corps toward advocacy in partnership with fellow B Corps and B Lab U.S. & Canada. The examples in this document highlight ways this action is developing and leading to systemic change.
