Thank you for your interest in our Request for Proposals (RFP) for a B Market Builder Japan! 
Our B Market Builders are in regions at early stages of development, where a group of committed individuals and/or supporting organisations work together to set up a strategy for the establishment of a local B Lab entity (i.e. B Lab Japan) that continues to drive the B Corp movement forward. 

B Market Builders focus primarily on creating and growing a thriving community of Certified B Corps. They support and engage existing local Certified B Corporations and support other mission-aligned organizations to measure their social and environmental impact. We are looking for a partner who meets these requirements:

• Proven commitment to the mission and values of the B Corp movement

• Recognition and credibility within the Japanese impact space

• Experienced in community building and engaging and/or access to private, public and social sector leaders

• Strong influencer and communicator

• Collaborative, with the ability to work in a regional and global network setting 

• Experience and/or established network in the Japanese policy space

• Experienced in establishing new organisations in Japan, as part of a global network

• Business fluency in English 

• A group of individuals that collectively bring diverse expertise and knowledge to cement the B Corp movement in Japan
